We have a new unopened 2hp Chinese outboard motor that came as a replacement for one that did not work as new, and we sent back. If you have a use for it, then pay postage and I send it to you. If you get it working, then you may pay us <$100 for it when you pay us for the postage. Given our assessment of the one it replaced we expect you will be taking a risk. It cost $600new.
