Transient EM - Electronics

Wallaroo and Wallaby towed Transient EM loop support structures are designed for use with electronics supplied by some Transient EM electronics providers offering continuous acquisition.

Options for consideration are:
1. AgTEM towed TEM electronics, only two existing systems are available - designed specifically for Wallaby and Wallaroo systems and offering excellent real time mapping and sounding display revealing line-to-line correlation and anomalous features in real time. As of 2025, some AgTEM firmware and electronics options can be moved into the single box Monex TerraTEM24 systems either as new, or, to limited extent, retrofitted.
2. Monex TerraTEM (original) with continuous acquisition option, with or without an external TEMTx50 transmitter. One system is available.
3. Monex TerraTEM24 with continuous aquisition option - some enquirers may have this instrument already. 
4. Purchaser supplies their own. There may be other electronics providers who may be interested in supplying electronics that can work with Wallaby and Wallaroo systems, particularly in cases where clients already have investment in electronics of those providers.
