144m floating streamer – layflat inflatable Blue Exponential Bipole

This streamer was the predecessor of the 100m floating streamer. It uses our exponential bipole-bipole design to optimize depth of investigation while keeping transmitter electrodes near the boat. Symmetrical arrays with transmitter electrodes in the centre however provide considerably greater signal strength than the exponential bipole array and I now prefer them.

 As of January 2025 this streamer potentially has been internally stretched and broken – needing repair – I need to check.

This streamer can be supplied free, as is, with any purchase of a HERBI system from us or we can assess its condition and fix it and supply it for a small charge.
