Water cooled 1st generation AgTEM transmitter
Water cooled 1st generation AgTEM transmitter
- Price: Price on application
The first AgTEM transmitters were water cooled thinking it would stabilize system response, however, most temperature impact on system response actually comes from the heating of the loop itself which is unaffected by the cooling. Water cooling was later abandoned as standard parts are imperfect and can leak and water cooling can be cumbersome and heavy.
1st generation transmitters also had fixed 5V voltage DCDC converters – and one had a potentiometer adjustable 3.3V to 18V output DCDC converter.
