The AgTEM-receiver has three receiver loop connectors but all three can accept 3 component receiver loop cables. Each has the Z X and Y rotated around one pair of pins so that there are XXY XYZ and YZX configurations. This can allow for diagnostics of cable faults, attachment of multiple single component coils or of one 3 component coil.
