Essential to use of TerraTEM for towed TEM is use of the resistor bank. This is because the output of TerraTEM is fixed at 24V only which is too much for a small loop at reasonable temperature. It contains balanced 0.22 and 0.5 ohm low inductance (cross wired) resistors and a 1 ohm resistor all with interchangeable Anderson connectors.
