Wallaby Drawbar Rear Ball, Knuckle and tendon joint
- Price: Price on application
The rear of the Wallaby drawbar consists of a knuckle and tendon type joint of large proportions. This joint takes and distributes large forces while allowing the cart the flexibility to flex absorbing those forces. If the cart hits a large rock or stump and is being towed fast by a vehicle weighing several tonnes then this joint must manage tonnes of compressive force. Ironically it is most often broken when driven in reverse – the cart cannot endure large forces in reverse.
