The towed mat and umbilical cord dismantle and pack as shown. This receiver has 7 turns and about 3.5 square metres per turn loop area so it performs reasonably well. It is normally towed on a sacrificial mat – not shown and often obtained by local opportunity. The 6 square metre collapsible receiver loop supported by the skid-steer cart is recommended as a superior but more cumbersome alternative.
