Cracking Clay Soil Moisture monitoring is very difficult, especially on paddocks where ploughing will destroy sensors. A tomographic geo-electric streamer buried well beneath ploughing depth can image bulk soil moisture profile from the bottom upwards, taking advantage of the more consistent moisture at depth for maintaining electrical contact. We have our own injection moulding machine and custom make direct burial and other cables with arrays of electrodes integrated. This can be a very cost effective method of tomographically imaging changes in bulk soil due to moisture migration. This product is the same as GWI-STREAM16 but with application specific marketing.
